They really say this makes a huge difference. And that sure looks like the OEM cams and power curve from 6-9k rpm with oem header pipe. I love my KDX but miss my EFI KLX250. Been looking at the '06-07s cuz of their looks and easier to get more grunt out of a carb now that Im more experienced with jetting.

So you are getting 29 RWHP with stock bore and cam?? Dyno is extremely suspect-- thats absolutely unheard of, even for a KLX 300.

Hi mate, this is an excellent result - I'm so glad to see an Aussie doing this mod and currently in 2016. Im about to buy this TM33 carb for my dads 02 KLX300 and after speaking to MikunoOz they recommended your video on here, what a result, and sounds like everyone with a KLX 250/300 ought to be doing this carb swap! Just wondering what jetting you went with? The recommended jetting spec in the Fitment document they provide (142 main etc)? Dads KLX 300 has a stain tune full exhaust, KX500 air filter and open airbox, and other cosmetic mods (no big bore etc).

shows how much better the inline 6 engine is iv got a 68mm ebay turbo (going to be replaced soon) small stage 2 cams,stock block stock pistons rods intake and i make the same amount of power on 12 psi and i daily drive the car even in summer with no problems....tb48 all the way
