I don’t usually comment, I’m a silent watcher BUT I listened to this a few times and it felt like it struck a chord in my life! I, too, have just done a nice bit of travelling to Australia + New Zealand for 3 months and have just come back to reality of job rejection and life! It’s tough, and I applaud you for having such a mature and as-positive-as-you-can attitude. In west Java there are beautiful crater KAWAH PUTIH ( WHITE CRATER ), vast Sulfur lake with blue green tosca color , you can feel like the other planet its amazing view located southern part of Bandung city ( the capital city of west Java provence ) around 25 km from Bandung, and GUNUNG TANGKUBAN PERAHU ( active vulcano ) you can drive car till the edge of the crater, located northern part of Bandung city around 20 km then you can use fast train ( bullet train ) to Jakarta city , Whoosh train with max speed 350 km / hour,.. please check it out in google

I suggest you be more careful when you want to shop or buy food in Indonesia, because usually many traders increase prices for foreign tourists like you. Usually the price of food is cheap, only 10 thousand rupiah, but naughty traders increase the price to 70 thousand rupiah. Many foreign tourists have become victims of fraud by traders in Indonesia. I don't mean to belittle Indonesians, but that's what happened. in my experience as an Indonesian myself.
