두번째 문제는 한국인들은 왜 2번으로 생각하냐면 사실상 실생활에서 쓰여지는 문법을 배울필요가 없죠 그래서 그냥 말하면 되기때문에 그렇게 생각하는겁니다 그래도를 넣어도 문맥상 문법이 틀렸을수는 있지만 전혀 어색한건 없습니다

맞습니다. 일상 회화에서는 문법이 다소 틀려도 소통이 가능합니다. 하지만 TOPIK 시험에서는 문법이 중요하기 때문에 시험을 준비하는 학생들께서는 문법 공부를 함께 하는 것이 좋습니다 :)

After reaching topik 3 or 4 we able to understand korean classes in our degree program in korea ?? Or is it hard still ??

If you get TOPIK level 3, you can understand the class. Studying in a specialized area, such as major study, requires separate study. By level 4, you will be able to understand most of the content. Additional learning is required only in the in-depth course.
