Yes that length sounds about right. You only unfold it length wise not table width. Say you we’re going to take the tablecloth out of a pack and then lay it out on an actual table. If you unfolded it where the creases are across the longest length of a rectangular table then stopped, that’s as far as I open it up before cutting the strips.

I didn’t in the beginning. I just use to rent it out as is to clients..but now I do most of the time because it helps my setups look different for my portfolio when I can customize the color. However if you do this I would recommend charging clients a small fee or else you have to carry a lot of multiples of the panels…which is actually good to do so you don’t always have to fully paint (just touch up), but you should charge the fee to customize or incorporate into your overall price. Because it will cost you a small sum to change it out every time but I think it’s worth it for the final look. 😊

Hi, I generally charge it as a rental, but I include the price it took for supplies and a portion of the time to make it since I can use it again 😊 Supplies are cheap it’s just time consuming!

Actually they were, but they were slowly leaking out by the end of our setup time even with the bottoms secured. So we either accidentally pierced a small hole when inflating or they were already defective from Amazon from the start. We chose to use them anyway because it’s really not that noticeable especially to clients and it was a very slow leak so it could last the length of the party. Thanks for watching! 😊

Not really, unless they bring their own items that are being rented to client. It can also depend on if it’s at home or a venue, and whether you have event staff to handle that and what all they clean up. If it were a small home party you may help clean up as far as breaking down but you would still want to include that in your quote.. Light breaking down planners may take part in or hire out for, but full on cleaning up no unless you rented out items and taking those away. We’re more responsible for the oversight of breakdown especially at a venue if you have to be out by a certain time. However lots of small planners also rent out their inventory so it kind of crosses over sometimes. 😊

I have seen people do this on TikTok. I don’t personally do it but if there was a super quick and easy way then I might give it a try. We usually just encourage the clients to keep or pop them in a big bag or trash can because our setups are generally always outdoors and we rarely have a setup close enough to reuse the same color clusters. I think the people who do it just cut off the knot but I’m not entirely sure. Lol

There was a lady I saw doing it and she was using a hairdryer. It looked like way too much hassle. I’d rather just charge more 🤣

If I was using for the ceiling fringe, I’d definitely do every hole but if it’s the backdrop you definitely can skip a lot!
