Dear Jesuit Joe . Thank you for emphasising the grace we have received for daring our sinful self to move forward to Jesus as he suffers in the Garden alone. His friends have fallen asleep. I, with temerity lie down beside him and stretch out my arm and hold him tight, heart bound to my hardened heart. I feel close in this embrace. It’s not my sinful suffering it’s his. In his humanity, his divinity awakens to cry out to his father, our father, to take away the fear of what is to come. He asks that it is not his will nor mine be done but the will of our father in heaven. Lastly he reaches out his hand to hold mine. He shows his great love, beyond all possible telling to go forward and die for us so that we may live, fully alive. Amen and thank you.

Her commentary is a devotion in and of itself. Such a knowledgeable look into paintings that were explanations of the gospel. I learn so much from these videos and find myself going deeper into understanding our Lord's teachings. Thank you!

I think this mosaic puts the devil in his true perspective. Not huge, powerful nor all-consuming - someone that fills us with fear - but actually small and devious. Jesus completely dominates him. Satan is as powerful as we allow him to be.

A special picture and deep commentary. The clown seems to reflect on where he is now and where he has come from. The superficial, meaningless life that used to be. The waste of it all. He has yet to look upwards to the light.

Hi! i love this thank you so much for your video and explanation. If you're taking request, could you do the st gertrude prayer? "Eternal Father, I offer You the most Precious Blood of Your Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the Universal Church, those in my own home, and within my family. Amen." I would really appreciate it! I am trying to learn sign language and I really enjoy learning it through prayer. This particular prayer is very important to me
