So this is 2 times 180 stitched with a visible stitching line towards the fridge? I really hate the way KZbin reprojects the footage so all straight lines in the floor become wobbly

Yes that is correct :) Must add that this was a quick test and the stitching could have been better, but we just wanted to see the grading and if KZbin would accept the 8K file..... doesn't seem it did since we can only see the 4K version so far.

I like the colours, it looks quite film like, but the desqueezing is incorrect. its like its shot to 4:3 sensor then set to.133 desqueeze 4:3 has to go to 16:9 on this lens and 16:9 to 1.33 (roughly 2:39:1 anamorphic)

The sample has lots of stitching artifacts. Top and Bottom exposure is not matching either. Do you know what is causing it? Do you know if it will be fixed? I think the stitch quality at least have to reach Sphere quality to make it usable.

The drone was facing down on the ground when we started recording.....rookie fail.....but we were more interested in the flight than the footage for this initial flight test :) better recording tests coming up :D The stitching was a quick solution in Insta360 Studio :) we can do better yes: here is from the last test with the Hawk23 v1 kzbin.info/www/bejne/inXFe4GFd5aGm9k

Frame rate is 30, ISO 100 but I don't remember shutter speed unfortunately.

Wow! I’ve never seen this type of vid before. 8K? I thought 4K was the highest. To be able to move the screen and see all the angles is incredible. And this is straight out from the camera, no grading or other adjustments 😀 Entaniya the lens provider now has a dedicated HAL220 lens with PL mount dedicated for high end video cameras.
