hutch may be on a bit of a power trip but he does have a point. Even in RP, a cop takes an oath to protect people. Tinker could have made choices, to put his life on the line and not fire at innocents, or whatever. He could have made choices in RP to do things differently. Not that its Tinker's fault but its hard to see a different outcome because of the specific choices he himself made too. A cop in that sitch WOULD be suspended.

Its because of the livery on it a few years ago when rockstar added the liveries onto it they made the car bullet proof on accident i assume some how they used the bullet proof model for the cop kuruma on accident
