Don't try to "get it together" just let it flow cause you were just talking about self expression right before that. I really believe that whatever is flowing out of you is gonna be beneficial to the listener cause we are all connected, we are all one, and if something is flowing through you, it means it gonna have an impact on whomever is sharing that space with you and it could help them connect to themselves as well. Like if you cry and that makes someone cringe and judge you in the moment, later they might reflect on it and realize that they were judging you because you reminded them of a part of themselves that they are rejecting and not connecting to.
