I love the old marching snare excerpts and pieces. They didn’t need any fancy combination rudiments like cheeses or eggbeaters. Rolls, flamacues, and ratamacues, along with some other basic rudiments, were all you needed.
Nice sounding drum and great performance. Thanks for sharing this.

i noticed one little mitsake spot in your playing in measure 4 of line 6, with the eighth note role tied to an eighth note tied to another eighth note. It sounds like you played it as a 9 stroke roll, but it should really be played like a five stroke roll with a rest where the second tied eighth note is. Sounds great other than that one spot though!

I’m a musical student in the Japan,I have a question. The place 4/3 changes to 8/6, In the score,the previous dotted half note and the future dotted quarter note are the same. So if we play ♩=180 on Presto,we have to play ♩=60 on Andante. Could you tell me.
