A tape I found on YJA years ago. That's about the best of my knowledge on it outside the description and video content.

This early version feels pretty janky with the bugs, especially that random crash. You didn't encounter anything like that in your memories, did you?

Say, since you use Satellawave, may I ask if you checked those plaza graphics I was working on that I uploaded to Satellablog? I think Birdo could use a bit more work, but it may nevertheless enhance the experience. KZbin tends to not like links in comments, but if you find Satellablog it was posted sometime last year. I want to be able to recreate more of them. Animations are especially difficult. Hrm~

I presume you mean when that "HD Widescreen Mode 7" mod was done for bsnes/higan, yes? I do not like stretched widescreen images on my retro games.

@@cabbusses Of course, the BSNES one. Bless emulators that can natively allow that kind of stuff (along with MSU-1) for what is basically an unofficial remaster by fans. BS F-zero Deluxe is also the ultimate experience since it featured every Satellaview tracks and vehicles included. Stretched Widescreen is like xBRZ, a blasphemy for retrogaming. For F-zero X I had to patch the file with a romhack because widescreen itself couldn't support widescreen without stretches or graphical glitches. GX had native ws thankfully (as a late life GC game I guess). For the GBA ones they're already in a wide resolution (Vintage Velocity is the closest to an actual GBA port of F-zero but I hope someone could make an update with the original 4 cars + the actual musics of the tracks from GP Legends/Climax instead of having the MV ones over these tracks).

Unfortunately the no-BGM patch I attempted was buggy, so I had to restart using a different method after this, but now I got something I believe I can do all 4 episodes with! The Japanese Title Screen patch is available on The BS Zelda Homepage. You have to scroll down pretty far to find it. The graphics for it were obtained from BS Ihatovo Monogatari, where an advertisement for it played. Your channel has great content! I'd kill to be able to play the Satellaview games with such clean soundlink audio! You seem to know how to use Satellawave well, too!

Durrrr I typoed. It's a link to Satellablog which covers Satellaview ROM releases. This particular one should be in the early December stuff. I unfortunately don't have much a better description because I don't have the specific radio program that would accompany this, as is common with these recovered magazines. Also, wow, you read the description! The last time anyone I recall did that was back before the lockdowns!
