Pokémon Lets Go is a good game but it failed in so many ways and losing alot of features from the Original Fire Red and Leaf Green game here are my opinions of how lets go failed: 1. Lags sometimes even on the switch OLED (Low Performance) 2. Lack of Content including Post game content. 3. Lack of Pokemon apart from Alolan forms and Mew Meltan and Melmetal 4. Forcing you to play the game the way the makers want you to play it (Like what kind of remake will force you to challenge a gym with a cute pokemon? Game Freak didnt do it in the anime ir previous remakes so why would they do it in the game?) This shit has got me wondering about the future of pokemon remake whether it will be worse than this or better. The worse part is that this isnt the only game that got done dirty, BDSP got done dirtier too but Im saving that for another video. 5. Consistent and broken way of shiny hunting pokémon. I mean, just take a look, nobody can deny that this game is the easiest game to shiny hunt pokemon in the entire franchise. The game is good I guess but Game Freak could have added more. I recommend Pokémon Fire Red and Leaf Green games because you could get all or more you have been wanting from a remake. It is the best way to play through Kanto and I hope it gets added to Nintendo Switch Online as well as an Online Multiplayer feature for it which allows you to trade and battle pokémon.

Pokemon omega Ruby was my first ever Pokémon game that I got my hands on and someone used to keep trading me hacked pokemon like the one u saw in this video. I kept getting like pokemon that were already mega evolved and everything but my lil dumb brain thought that “oh! You can get shiny mega Pokémon just like that. Cool.” Then one day I figured out that they were hacked and that they weren’t actually supposed to be mega evolved already so I ended up deleting the save file out of guilt for using hacked in Pokémon 😭😭

6:43 I will say, attributing the problems with BDSP to Game Freak is a pretty big contradiction, given they weren't involved in the development of the game. You'd just gone over this a couple minutes earlier, talking about how ILCA was inexperienced, but then randomly bring up Game Freak being "out of touch" as though they had much of anything to do with it lol

Shelly's game is 100% hacked. Shelly is seen with a Shiny Mew at 14:04 There are 2 possible Shiny Mews. One is an event distribution done way back before FRLG even released, where 20 Mews were given away in R/B/Y with unique ID's, meaning it's theoretically possible for that Mew to be shiny if transferred to G/S/C. However, Pokemon Gameboy games cannot be transferred to FRLG, meaning even if, by some miracle, Shelly had won a shiny mew, she wouldn't be able to have it in FRLG. The only other way to get a Shiny Mew is through Pokemon GO, when they did a limited time event that allowed players to obtain a Shiny Mew. You cannot do this event anymore, and even if this save file was created after the event, there is no way to transfer pokemon from Pokemon Go to FRLG. Shelly is a hacker.

I think let’s go is its own thing to be honest if they want to do a remake of Pokémon yellow, which they did and they really didn’t wanna expand on the areas like they did with fire red and leaf green, which is very good in that case, then they did it the best way that they could. There’s a lot they could’ve added, but since they wanted to make a simple yellow remake while building upon a lot of current features like importing from Pokémon GO and better animations I think they did a pretty good job. Adding all that extra stuff breaks away from the story and the objective I think the game was pretty much for newcomers who wanted something easy and not really made for all those people that played all the old games.

1st problem of let's go. It's a remake of yellow edition. Not a remake of fire red They cut the sevii islands and the gambling In terms of gaming nowadays. It looked like a demo. It was a way to advertise the switch. 2nd problem was the catching mechanism. Which I personally like very much. It was refreshing and I felt I didn't have to grind so much as I used to. Believe me I love the old style more than anything, but it wasn't that bad. They could remake it like pokemon legends arceus. This is the way to go.

When BDSP came out, I haven't played a Pokémon game since platinum. So, to me it simply felt like an upgrade. I haven't seen what new features the newer generations offered to feel disappointed about it and thus I was simply happy it got a remake.

Just started SW after finishing Violet and I prefer SW so far in most ways. The graphics and sound effects are better, I prefer the linear routes more than the open world, I prefer the setting (I live in the UK so I’m bias with that one) as well. Honestly, open worlds aren’t all that anymore. If anything it hinders the game a bit. It’s TOO open.

People find this bad, because they played the original version. Most did not play the orginial gold and silver, because the most People who plays pokemon nowadays is too young for the original red/blue/gold/silver. BDSP is not the best game, but still a good remake.

Pokemon Let's Go was literally just a cheap, barebones cash-grab to attract Pokemon Go players and to see what's the bare minimum they could charge full price with, on a Switch console. The game sucks as a remake and is really nothing more than a Remaster to entice Go players, and people bought it by the millions. I don't like the concept of the game at all, ir the fact you can't even play as Red in it, but it sold lots of copies, even mainline players bought it, and they put absolutely zero effort into the game beyond the art style. So I wouldn't call it a failure of a remake, but I do agree it's not a good one (and yet ironically, is still probably the best Pokemon Switch title; maybe tied with the over-hyped Legends Arceus.)

Trying to objectify a review is pointless and anti-art, just say what you you liked and didnt and why you think that way instead of trying to be "correct"
