@Wildly_Average it's pretty chill, you just build a town and try to become a lord. The most dangerous thing you face besides elements and hunger is small groups of bandits. It's a good game to immerse yourself in peasant life in medieval times. It's like "green hell" in its resource and build mechanics.

I actually milled all the boards myself, from the trees on the property, so one could argue it only cost time... and a mill and land haha. But I would reckon if you found a local mill in your area, you could probably do with a budget of 2500. Which I average a little high cause... ya always forget something. Then it's just time!
