We did the same cruise southbound. On A ship they no longer have right now. They sold it during covid. It was called the Massdam.

Literally paid him and his family to literally take videos here. There’s barely anybody here. The only thing that’s kinda cool is the outside pool but the pool is dirty the water makes you itchy to see and to say that it’s open in the winter buttt it’s not and the spa is closed

This place is a complete scam. Do not go to this place. They say that they’re doing renovations all the time but they’re not. They have horrible customer service they’re just gonna take your money don’t go here.

So sad to see the FSK Bridge gone, back when the Pride sailed out of Baltimore I always loved seeing the bridge.

We visited Fort McHenry before one of our cruises out of Baltimore. The ranger had us look out at the bridge as a reference. As we did, he said that the bridge is about where Francis Scott Key was on a British vessel when he witnessed the bombs bursting in air. It is a sad event indeed.

Just returned from cruise and totally agree. Seems all the good KZbin reviewers got upgrades or comps bc Margaritaville is a dude. They price gorge on everything, food is mediocre. Worse is the day to the market and beach. $16 per person to get on the beach, their Taxi $34 per person and the market has NOTHING there except cheap souvenir shops. Even the taxi driver apologized that it would be bad but should have told us up front, one passenger wanted his money back after the driver told us it was a worthless excursion but too late we were on route. 2 people had their cell phones “disappear” - save your $ for a real cruise. We did 3 prior cruise when it was Paradise cruise before Covid and new management and expected the same great food, services, and no price gouging. It’s cheap up front but expect an additional 200-300 or more in fees (not drinks) Never again.

They have soo much food! I paid for the JWB steakhouse and now I regret it😢 Edit: I didn't pay for the steakhouse, per say. I paid for the solo & chill package and that comes with a meal at the steakhouse but Idk if I'll have time to eat there bc I have an excursion as well. Margaritaville should consider offering longer stays..maybe 4 nights. There's so much to do!

My dad was a volunteer motorman here back in the 80s, so I spent many weekends there as a kid. This was before the visitors center even existed, and their restrooms were actual outhouses. Still, my sibs and I rode many cars many times, and my brother was allowed to turn the poles around. If we were good, dad would buy us old -style candy in the original gift shop/visitors center.

It is like a really nice ferry that takes you from Florida to The Bahamas and back. You get food, room, travel, and entertainment over three days for the price of a hotel room for one night. It is not luxury, it is traveling on a budget.

The food is included, and drinks are included if you have the drink package. Food includes the buffet and the taco stand. Several bars are found across the island.

If you do, make sure to leave the Yacht Club area and check out some of the other areas of the ship to mingle. We enjoyed The Sky Lounge, Adult Pool Area, Atrium, and Galleria. It seemed like some guests were reluctant to leave the Yacht Club area. We found the entire ship to be wonderful. You can see these areas in our videos. Happy Cruising!!!!!

There area few reports of NYC YC guests having incidents with non YC guests when by-passing them on the lines to get off and on the ship. Did you experience this?

Not at all. We didn't see any problems with the Yacht Club privileges during the cruise. The Yacht Club guests wait in a different room before boarding. Also, we waited until a little later to get off the ship. The people that had to rush off to get flights and such had already done so.

We've been on NCL in the Haven. Last trip we were in the Owners suite. We liked MSC Yacht Club better. Our butler and Jr butler were more attentive. Always checking on us no matter where we happened to be. I like the food on NCL Haven restaurant but the menu stays the same. It changes every night on MSC. I liked the variety better. It's an Italian cruise line. Many different dishes. Didn't have one I didn't like. Everyone was amazing and could not do enough for you. Breakfast and lunch poolside with cooked to order steak's and fish for lunch. Plus many other things. If I had a choice of NCL or MSC, I would choose MSC.

Manhattan Cruise terminal; Parking. No reservation is required. There were plenty of open spots when we arrived. However, it is expensive to park at the terminal.
