No support order but was wondering if I could possibly get support since ex makes about 80% of combined NI but has a technical majority physical custody and I know that typically majority physical custody gets support or would they look more at net income since physical custody is so close. Drug laws are unconstitutional. We all have the right to pursue happiness in our own way as long as it does not infringe upon anybody else's right to pursue happiness in their own way. Deciding what substance you can, or do not (vaccines), put into your own body does not infringe upon anyone else's right to pursue happiness in their own way. If somebody misbehaves while a particular substance is in their body, there is already a law in existence to punish the person for that bad behavior, I am sure of it! The substance within the body should have nothing to do with the behavior. Because people commit those offensive behaviors without a substance in their body all the time. And people with substances in their bodies do not commit those offenses all of the time. Drug laws are all unconstitutional.
