I’m pretty sure that the relics are all from the power of the old gods, like Kudaai’s lost tooth is a tooth taken from the god Kudaai and turned relic by chemach for example. She even has a dialogue that goes ‘Once of gods, now godly power contained’

War(Leshy), famine(Heket), death(Nariander), conquest(Shamura) and pestilence(Kalamar) * They are also the 5 no evils = See no evil(Leshy) Hear no evil (Kallamar) Speak no evil (Heket) Think no evil (shamura) Do no evil (Nariander) I personally believe there are also other things they represent. Like how some of them seem to be based on the harmful/borderline abusive parts of "normal religions" But those are my ideas :]

@The_real_grillby people often don't include the 5 horsemen, and I'm pretty certain chaos and war are the exact same thing, just called differently, so I don't think they can be the same horsemen. Not to mention, Heket starves people, and is represented by frogs and mushrooms, over indulgence. That's famine. While Leshy cares not for what harm/devastation he causes, and often craves violence and infestation, like a worm or general wild life. Like war. Kalla is petty cowardly and pathetic, only caring about his image. Like a king or ruler during times of need, locking himself up in his tower, and ignoring the sick that HE created. Such as pestilence. Conquest is a general thing often regarded to be discovery, exploration and innovation, knowledge, like Shamura who was seemingly kind, but ignorant like a biased scholar, or even a selfish and disgusting colonizers, as spiders can sometimes be similar to. That's conquest. Nariander is self explanatory. Though death is not bad, he wanted to hurt, and cause pain that even echoed into his siblings who, while dealing with their own issues, still loved him. Especially Shamura, they still love him even after what he did. Grief, a cycle, death and devastation. Such as death.

I was gonna say the bishops weren’t exactly a smart bunch as their plan to prevent the prophecy was to kill every lamb, despite Narinder’s domain is literally DEATH, so pretty much serving the prophecy on a silver plater. But then you realize their smartest guy Shamura suffered quite a nasty head trauma. So they actually couldn’t think things through
