Matteo, what a wonderful testimony. Unfortunately, the environment in major cinema centers is like that, full of egocentrism, competition and anxiety, totally toxic and superficial. I identify a lot with your choice and I feel better knowing that there are other DPs with this idea of valuing their quality of life. Congratulations, thank you for sharing your experience. I am a great admirer of your work here in Brazil.

When using a monitor, are you powering both the cam and the monitor using same v mount battery? Or are you using the d tap on the v mount plate?

Do you know by any chances, where I could buy the top handle (smallrig 2000)? Because it's discontinued everywhere. Or perhaps there is an alternative? I'd like to keep using the viewfinder but I also hate the Blackmagic Top handle

Question: At what age did you begin your film making journey? I'm 46 and recently bought my first serious camera (Ursa 4.6K G2). I want to make my own films and maybe get into some paid work. I work full time and will eventually transition into it being a full time carer.

Your review or all the contents inspired me a lot. I got new bmcc6k ff and own bmpcc6k too. 6kff lcd is way more brighter than 6ks35 that I hardly preview images. It is like 6kff at brightness 6 is equivalent to 6ks35 100 to match with output raw footages. Have yoyu found this too or mine is something wrong?
