This video spends more time attempting to limit and disclaim any responsibility for its use than it does giving anyone anything useful.

Anyone notices about Softgle Comfort? It fits perfectly to anyone, so workers work is not affected. I wonder why people never know about this.

its all a load of bollocks. Whats the point of writing down every possible scenario ..what could happen what won't happen. Risk assesment is something dream't up by safetymen to make them look like they are doing something useful and to justify their jobs. Construction workers are not the idiots safety men think they are they do there own mental risk assesements. imagine a scaffolder or steel erector not doing mental risk assesements they'd be dead or crippled within a week

Not everybody is as smart as you David. Employers are required to provide their workers with a safe work environment. Employers don't leave it up to individual employees to do their own "mental risk assessment". What if your coworker did their own "mental risk Assessment" and it didn't include you- and you got hurt due to their actions. You gonna take care of your own hospital expenses, or are you gonna expect your employer too? I'm gonna go out on a limb and choose the latter. Maybe your coworker identified a hazard you didn't, and did not share it with you. What if you identify a hazard during your "mental risk assessment" that your coworker did not and you coworker gets hurt? how are you going to feel then? Job safety is a TEAM effort - it protects employees and employers from 'Smart" Construction Workers with attitudes like yours.

Nice presentation and thank you for the information. However , I got confused a bit that the fire is only hazard 5:22 even in the context that the objectives are fire risks , example is the improper storage of materials like mixed flammables and combustible materials which generally a hazards and ignoring it could lead to Fire. Please kindly explain further if i was wrong in my understanding.

Dear Mr.Saranal Job Safety Analysis is the Systematic approach to identify the hazards, assess the risk and to decide what controls are required to make the activity safe. Permit to work is one of the "Control measure" that is used for high-risk activities. Again, JSA: Process used to find the hazard, risk, control measures Permit to work: One of the Control measure used for high-risk activities.
