If one decides that the probability that he receives all authority over creation would be 100% then it would occur, he can too change the probability of him receiving all and any feats that would classify one "boundless" from absolutely 0% to absolutely 100%. therefore by using this logic probability manipulation is the OP feat.

@@SeaBeastHunter It's similar to the concept of a square, all squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares. Basically, Reality Manipulation is Imagination Manifestation, but Imagination Manifestation is not Reality Manipulation. Reality Manipulation has way more than just creating things out of Imagination such as destroying absolutely everything or manipulating someone's biology. While Imagination Manifestation is just creating something out of their imagination.
