Like it pisses me off so bad, they established rules to the time-travel; they are going to a different dimension. Then at the end of the movie they pull a harry potter where no matter what you cant create a paradox, you in the future was in the past during the future, but not the first time around

Yeah tbh the amount of things that was missed through not paying enough attention to plot, character moments / development kinda makes you sound like EWW instead of someone actually trying to find flaws

Here’s one of my BIGGEST issues with this movie The infinity stones In GOTG half god Peter Quill struggles to hold the power stone and it took all the guardians to contain it, one of the assistants of the Collector dies trying to take a stone, Hulk is in clear pain when the stones are on the gauntlet he’s using and struggles to even snap his fingers Yet Tony, a regular human, almost doesn’t flinch when he has SIX STONES in his gauntlet and he’s able to snap his fingers just fine

The destruction of infinity stones actually made Marvel fanboys stupider because they can't find flaws in the movies, and they made stupid theories to explain the plotholes, when they should've been explained in the movie.

Endgame is very overrated that's for sure. While I won't call it bad it's not anywhere near as good as the better MCU films like thor ragnarok, black panther, or the original doctor strange imo.

My first time seeing No Way Home in theaters, I thought it was the best Spiderman movie ever made. However, on the second viewing (at home streaming). I have to strongly agree with you. It’s great the first time, but you start to notice a lot of shit that was a little too convenient to the plot after the hype wears off

Holy crap you verbalized a huge aspect of why I didn’t like this movie. I hate hate HATED how the movie wanted you to feel bad or responsible for Arthur’s existence. “You did this! You sick society! Look what you’ve done!” That is just so demonic it’s not even funny.
@finleymorris04Ай бұрын
1:33 “reduced to atoms” they still exist and so they don’t cause any wacky problems, but they aren’t existing in any way that is particularly useful to us 2:05 I almost don’t see how this point is worthy of a counter, but alas. This would completely ruin the tone of the first part of the film. 2:42 You just complained about one of the things it directly leads to. 10:30 How? If you mean the consequences, see below \/ 11:04 They still have consequences. They have to return the stones or those universes are doomed. If they screw things up, the plan fails and now they’re stuck in the past. If they screw things up in the timeline, that can have consequences for that timeline (such as Loki escaping; but it is not Endgame’s fault that Loki’s show wasn’t great). They have to kill past Nebula. Tony, Steve and Natasha are dead. 11:40 It wasn’t around when you made this video, but Guardians 3 (and unfortunately MoM) show how this a) is not the same as having the person back and b) would cause an incursion 12:51 you are totally right about this, but this is typical comic book suspension of disbelief. This same point could be applied to countless other movies in other ways. What matters is internal consistency, and some of these things you mention either are potentially not viable or haven’t been acknowledged in a while (such as ant man’s shrinking projectiles) and thus wouldn’t break a typical audience member’s disbelief. 17:12 you think actions don’t have consequences, and are now saying they’re shooting themselves in the foot by having the movie have consequences?
@hisham03117017 күн бұрын
"reduced to atoms"..... oh how convenient... dude, it's a plothole, not shown in the movie, and you have to rely on the director to explain it, after the movie. LOL

The one thing I'll give Endgame crap for is the fact the Avengers chose to go to different points in the past to get stones, when they could've gone to a point where the stones where all in one place

With theme of war and infinity war being sacrifice Thanos sacrifices his daughter which may be the only person he truly loves I thought it set the stage for an excellent story Completing Tony and Steve's arguenent in the right way "Then will do it together" Tony - "we'll lose" Steve- "then we'll do that together too" So dr strange realization was that there wasn't a way to win, just the right way to lose. Realistically, the only way to satisfyingly continue the story ,was for the deaths to mean something . Anyway of undoing all this is gonna feel contrived

12:27 I think it’s because Doctor Strange saw only one timeline where they win. That one timeline was proven to be the one Tony created. So that makes a 100% chance that if he tried to do ANYTHING else than sacrifice himself, Thanos would still somehow win.

This kinda validates my theory that movies aren't just getting worse, audiences are getting smarter. We're starting to notice that these movies we put on a pedestal really ain't it and we were just naive when we saw them. I watched Guardians of the Galaxy and The Avengers recently, and was embarrassed at how cringe they are. We were just more easily distracted by shiny things, virtue signaling, and quips back then. Wanna impress people with a movie these days? DELIVER. GOOD. WRITING.

Killing Thanos at the beginning just showed how futile a position they were in. The conflict was no longer with Thanos, it was with a world where their loved ones were gone and all hope seemed lost. How do you fix that? Thanos doesn't even matter, he did what he wanted to do and it broke him

Not to mention, the MCU timeline is made needlessly more complicated for fans and the newer writers. All because Strange gave up the stone and saved Tony, only for Tony to die anyway and for half of the universe to be jumped five years into the future.
