You know I've just started this series so I feel like since I just started watching it I don't really have the right to comment about this ship not until I have actually finished it and fully understand the story or ships, but I just couldn't help myself I feel like I have to say it's always been Jack. From the moment I saw these two together I just knew they would end up together I mean the tension the chemistry and how she more than anything wants to keep him out of her battle and revenge. I mean when he first expressed his feelings to her I could tell she wanted to tell him how she felt, but she knew she couldn't do it she had to push him away otherwise he could end up in the crossover and get seriously hurt. I could tell every time when he got hurt she always thought of him and if he was ok. More than anything did she want to be with him and when fake Amanda/Real Emily when they got together she was obviously very jealous and not only wanted to protect Jack and fake Amanda/Real Emily but wanted to split them up because she loved him.

All of her relationships made sense to her character journey, but Jack was the one meant to end up with her. Aiden was best suited for Emily Thorne, and she's no longer Emily Thorne. It's great to have someone like Aiden share the same journey, but that journey would come to an end... as would their relationship, so they had no choice but to kill him off.
