Such a close finish, but you can see the Red Bull looking a little jittery as they go past, so this could be netcode. The game displays the opponent on track where it believes it to be based on data being sent and received, but when there is a tiny difference is speed of that data it can mean that cars are slightly out of position, usually by just a few cm’s on track. That’s why cars appear to jump around or when the collision box is slightly out of sync. The games timing delta is not in real time either. It updates every few meters on track, so that could explain why the Red Bull appeared to be behind by a fraction of a nose cone, but was perhaps ahead according to the timing or game’s data

in real f1 car, the sensor lies somewhere around f1 drivers leg so i wouldnt be surprised if its in f1 game too, what i wanted to say is that you might have crossed the line with wing first, but his sensord crossed it first than as he was faster

they are getting rich and lazy bout the programming. They have the idea to release new F1 games unpolished and let the bugs appear and do 20 game updates months after release. when they should be working much harder on the game pre release to find the bugs.

@@CcSpeedUk Ya I have a habit of doing that to either stay with faster car in front of me to stay in DRS OR to get away from guy behind me so he doesnt get DRS on me. Most races there are VSC or SC so in those cases it works well to dump ERS early because can completely refill ERS during SC. BUT in races like this with no SC ya not so great to be low on ERS most of the race. But I made mistake in Q3 not going out late then made mistake starting on used Softs I thought they would be new. whoops.

I believe that they confirmed that the new Singapore layout will make its way over to the game as a post launch update prior to release so they might be focusing on that atm since it is quite a significant layout change for Singapore, as for dlc tracks I think that comes down to licensing and the cost of getting the license for some of the older tracks like Malaysia, Hockenheim, etc

You are good fast driver. I have league raced non stop the past year and won races and championships in fast fields. :) We seem pretty close in pace I use full TC as well
