Hello, your skin is beautiful. I have a few questions. I have sensitive skin and I’ve never exfoliated before. I have seborrheic dermatitis and I want to know a skin routine for me. My skin gets irritated around my nose and peels. It burns and is red most days. I only wash my face with dove sensitive skin and use Cerave moisturizing cream. It's the first sunscreen I've ever used though so nothing to compare it to really but I like the non greasy feel and dewy look it provides. ❤❤❤❤

Hey doc I quick question for you if you don’t mind 😊 is it necessary to use that much sunscreen. I use the Cerave AM three pumps but it probably comes out to about half of what you put on your face. Should I up the amount you think? Thanks!
