Evan has a great wide pinch, lifted the 4x10kg plates no problem! and no mention of him beating us all in the Blockbuster lift for King Kong!

Creo que el problema es cuándo no coincide la recuperación, por ejemplo tener frescos los femorales pero fatigado el agarre perjudicaría un levantamiento cómo peso muerto

The RGT is the only handle I have seen with bearings. This is a true measure of lowering the friction. Spinning it and dropping it cannot accurately measure the spin as you are not loading the handle when you do it. The grip genie is the most challenging handle I’ve used and I can lift at least 5% less with this handle.

Another crazy strong lift ,,,I don’t do dips but if i did I’d hope to be as good you at them. Or just half as good
@kayakman37863 күн бұрын
I’m just saying, that since I have incorporated dips into my training routine, I have experienced some of the most muscular gains both in development and strength overall and I love it. Checking my KZbin feed and seeing this video made me say “hell yeah “ out loud.

@@kayakman3786 I've never done flat bench seriously, ever, not once in my whole lifting career. I think I've flat benched a single digit number of times, I just hate it. Hate everything about the movement. I do weighted dips and some dumbbell press, some flys and my chest has grown just fine over 3 years and is still growing without any significant program changes, no shoulder pains no elbow pains. Dips rock
@kayakman37862 күн бұрын
Similar story here. Long history of strength training but never including the movement of dips as part of it. Only recently added them to the routine and now find them an essential part of my overall growth and gains right now. The only other exercise I do for chest is pushups and that is because I built my routine primarily around that of a USCG rescue swimmer, with added grip training now onboard.
