Sucks that we can't get a western based team to animate great shows like this.
@elijahblechman863318 күн бұрын
Be glad instead. The work culture in places like South Korea and China are fundamentally different to America as a result of decades of training from their school systems. An American team working on this would have to be incredibly huge or would be pushed beyond their limit of exhaustion.

You can blame Nickelodeon for that. Korra didn't have the development time that Avatar had.

Without ATLA, there would be no Clone Wars, Rebels, Mandalorian... at least not as we know it. Dave Filoni was recruited because someone who worked with him on the ATLA intro put in a good word for him with George Lucas

I love learning about the creative process and all the behind the scenes stuff that goes into making shows and movies. It's so fascinating. Hearing all those fans express how thankful they are to the creators for the show and how much it changed their lives was pretty cool. I never realized how impactful this show was to people on a personal level.

Anime should take lessons on how to develop all characters instead of focusing on just 1 and expanding their world and magic system without over doing
