As someone who loves Pikmin 2; I kinda agree. The caves personally for me were the best part; because it adds a lot of adapting and skill caused by the random generation. They tell you what hazards to expect, so you need to build the proper team to handle it. But the RNG can make stages one hell of a challenge. And to keep things fair; the Pikmin types are far more balanced. Sure, Purples are strong as hell, but since you can't easily grow more, it's a hell of a risk to use them, since if they die; that's a lot more grinding needed later. It's possible to get the 100 Purples needed for the Doomsday Apparatus just playing normally, but doing that requires a ton of skill to accomplish. That's the big difference. Pikmin 3 meanwhile, is too easy at times. Many enemies have exploitable weaknesses that make them a joke to fight. Which makes me beg the question. If Pikmin 2 is so easy because of Purple Pikmin and Sprays; why does Pikmin 3 get a free pass, when Larger Bulborbs can basically be killed in seconds by throwing Pikmin at their eyes? In Pikmin 1 and 2, the Optimal method was surprising them from behind and overpowering them. And don't even get me started on Pikmin 4 as much as I enjoyed it... why use Pikmin at all when Oatchi can basically solo most normal enemies. Fun? Yes. Balanced? No.

Mini game idea: invetory rulote so is simple the Captin gose close to the void and changes the pikmin type once this pikmin type is chosen that entire team of pikmin type will fall to the void to make it fiar he choses the pikmin type for 10 seconds you love that? THEN add it to the next pikmin game show:)

Ok just btw. The first level shown in this video. (3-4 to be exact) was meant to randomize (to be 8-1) but since it's hardcoded to be the same level. It failed the randomize.

1:20 why didn’t you grab the mushroom for this level, that way you could go through the last 3 toad coins by losing your powerup but you’d still be alive

im like hardcore obsessed with nsmbw (its my special interest) and i also dont nornmally comment on thi nngs but heres somethings you couldve done to prevent taking damage in two parts at 1:52 you couldve used the broozer ( punching / boxing ghost ) thing to get on top of the orange and green spike thing. ( i dont know what its called. ) which would kill it because if you jump on their heads it kills them instead of making them move if you were to jump on them while its upside down. then at 5:18 you couldve made sure to not lose the yoshi to pick up the spiny ( red small turtle with skipes ) then throw it at the large piranha plant thats shooting fire. After that you would make sure to just not get hit by any further enemies. and the level at 10:57 is level 3 of world 6. there is a background to it obviously, it was probably removed by the randomizer though.

Heads up, if you don't wanna trudge through it, I included screenshots of all the endings in the download somewhere iirc. I'd recommend doing at least a few though because it took a really long time to place each letter tile individually lmao.
