Got my box of bike bits today and spent 10 miserable hours trying to put it together. My back is in incredible pain now. I've given up and I'm taking it to a bike repair shop, which I hasten to add is over an hours drive away...Frustrated and annoyed... Your videos are way too fast, so much so I had to change the speed to watch and still no luck...So over it

Why in gods name would they wrap the chain around the frame. What is going on in that mindless factory

They are installing chains on the main frame incorrectly in the factory making you take the chain apart to untangle. Terrible quality

I completely agree and the booklet is even worse. Dear manufacturer. We are not engineers, so we need kindergarten instructions and accurate pictures and video. I have never put a chain on bicycle. Please!! This is ridiculous. Your video is like 10 minutes and it taking hours. That would tell you how bad your instructions are.

These directions are rubbish. I’m about ready to put all the parts back in the box and send it back for a refund. I can’t do this. Installing the Derailleur cable and the brakes are my tipping points.

Disappointing Experience with Viribus Electric Bike Tricycle Introduction: I purchased an electric bike tricycle for my daughter from Viribus Bikes online on May 15, 2024. The package arrived promptly on the 21st. Despite the excitement, the process of receiving and assembling the bike turned out to be quite challenging and ultimately disappointing. Details of My Experience: The package was heavy and bulky, which made it difficult to handle. The exterior was strapped and heavily stapled, requiring us to cut open the box. Upon opening, we realized the bike required full assembly. As a technically skilled person with extensive experience in both automotive work and bicycle maintenance, I didn’t expect any issues. However, the instructions provided were poorly detailed and difficult to follow, leading to nearly six hours of assembly time. We ordered the 24" bike, but it appeared some parts were for the 26" model, making them incompatible. Upon contacting support the next day, they acknowledged the mistake and admitted it was a recurring issue. They promised to send the correct parts, which were mainly cosmetic fender covers, and suggested we could finish assembling the bike in the meantime. After an additional two hours, we completed the assembly but encountered several problems: The bike made a loud grinding noise due to the chain rubbing against the cover. It was difficult to control because it rode sideways. The brakes were ineffective. Re-examining the assembly revealed a poor design with no adjustments available for the chain and cover. At this point, my daughter was very disappointed, and I didn’t feel safe letting her ride the bike. Pros and Cons: Pros: Prompt delivery. Cons: Poorly detailed assembly instructions. Wrong parts included in the package. Ineffective customer support with delayed responses. Poor design leading to safety issues. Inconvenient return process requiring disassembly and repackaging. Conclusion: Our experience with Viribus Bikes has been frustrating and disappointing. The combination of poor instructions, wrong parts, and safety concerns made the bike unusable. The slow and cumbersome customer support further added to our dissatisfaction. We are now seeking a refund and will not be purchasing from this company again. I would not recommend Viribus Bikes to others based on this experience. Tips for Improvement: **Provide clear and detailed assembly instructions with comprehensive pictures and steps. Ensure all parts are checked and compatible before shipping. Improve customer support response times and efficiency. Offer a more convenient return process, especially for large and complex items like bike

I wish I had seen this post sooner. We just received my wife’s tricycle. After hours of a lengthy assembly due to pretty poor instructions and a bag of all the hardware without anything labeled (it took forever to figure out what went where) the rear brakes don’t work… I can see them engage and stop the flywheel but the axle keeps spinning as if nothing happened (not sure if those are the terms but that’s what it looks like). Also, the electrical motor has not engaged yet and the front light doesn’t turn on. The battery is 75%, but maybe it needs a 100% charge? We’ll charge it and check it in the morning. I hope it works, because it was a nightmare to assemble, I don’t look forward to disassembling it to return.

Worst instructional video I have ever seen!!! This bike is the worst to put together. It would not be so bad if the instructions were clear and not in speed mode. If you really want to seel more bikes maybe make a better how to video. Amazon is going to get a 1 start review on this one. Also the frame where it slides the front and back was bent on one side. Ridiculous!

This video sucks! Thank god im kind of handy and figured it out! Company definitely needs a better video if this is what they recommend! The loose chaim problem try sliding where you attached back wheel back some to tighten chain! Good luck

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE. these instructions are absolutely garbage and skip multiple steps to actual assembly. I've never been so dissatisfied with a bike purchase. Truly mind blowing how useless the instructions are.
