Am not a beginner hence i figured it out. So Plse measure as u keep adding rows as to what size the total circumference you want it to be for the head. Ths videos is for small to medium head. For adults, it needs bigger size. I understand as a beginner your totally relying on instructions and half way thru u realise that the pattern isnt perfectly right BUT this lady already mentioned that she is trying her best to instruct correctly as she too is learning. Hopefully people would read these comments before u follow someone on youtube because not all videos here are perfectly right.

One fantastic idea i learnt frm u is how to double the yarn to make it look chunky.

I am hoping to learn so much more from you,this was well explained

I am currently making the hat with a yarn bee low or no pill yarn in some kind of plum color and I needed to make more increases to get the hat to fit my head because I didn’t double the yarn for a super thick hat and I am loving the hat so far I am for sure going to wear it with everything 💜💜
