Those who are smart and coming to Africa now to live fully or partially wont regret it because "The West" where we all think is a "Heaven" is going down and they will pay for all the diabolic heinous Crimes they have committed. It looks great! It´s a really good idea to declutter and redo before aging! I will suggest to get stair railings too! It looks very unsafe for someone older to keep balance without something to hold on. It´s a very nice home with a garden too, it´s going to be beautiful.
