38:47 Interesting fact, if you had waited to do this quest later, there would've been a way to find out what Merula's memory was (I had to find out through a video, but my character is in Hufflepuff, so she wouldn't have done it anyway).

Do you know how to convince Ben instead of penny because I choose Ben and I can't convincing him , please help

You have to increase your friendship number with Penny until you get the number 1 (for chapter 8). Look at the option request, there is a number 1, right? ("penny 1"). You can choose "Meal with Friends" in Great Hall, or "Play Gobstone" in Courtyard. increase your friendship number to the required number (make it the maximum if you can :)
