If not how will the "agreement" work without assurance that the dam will not jeopardise the fresh water supply of Egypt and Sudan in particular? I am very very sad about the fighting in Sudan, specially in Khartoum which destroyed all institutions and infrastructures. I am an Ethiopian who lived and educated in Sudan during president Jafar Mohamed Nemeiri. I rember the great Sudan Airways and Sudan Railway which expanded from Wadi Halfa, Khartoum to Al Damazin and Wau. God bless Sudan and peace will be on it. We all are the same peoples. Ethiopia is a Greek word which means blacks, while the Sudan is an Arabic word which means black too. So we Ethiopians & Sudanese peoples are the same peoples.
