My question is how do I believe without seeing? I know we are called to walk by faith and not by sight but what does that look like how do I do that? If all around me are problems how do I not let what I see affect my faith?

In the same way you believe in Jesus without having seen him, or in heaven without having been there, or in eternal life without having tasted it. Being able to not let yourself be influenced by circumstances is a part of what is called "renewing the mind". You start by finding God's truths in the Bible, you declare them with your mouth. Since faith comes from what is heard, when you declare at the same time you listen; this begins to mature within you faith in the truth you are declaring. Over time you will realize that what your eyes see is not what God would like and you will begin to take action to change things. And when you see things, you will see them for what they are compared to the Bible and not compared to what society says.

A few issues: 1. We intentionally "enter His gates with thanksgiving and praise," is the reason we start with songs, not to conjure feelings as he is accusing. 2. When we are baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire, it is IMPOSSIBLE not to feel it. Curry makes the same mistake many others do "comparing" his church ways better than all the rest of churches. 3. Nothing in this video clip says anything about how to recognize God's anointing.

Hello 1. He doesn't accuse feelings, but reiterates that feelings are not a sign of his presence. You can be in the presence of God and perceive nothing with your senses. The proof is that even when you are at work, or when you drive, or when you sin, you do not perceive God's presence and yet he is there. 2. When you are baptized in the Holy Spirit not everyone "feels" something. I have known many believers who were baptized in the Holy Spirit and they realized it because they started speaking in other tongues, and not because they had sensations or felt a fire inside. 3. Biblically, the anointing is being born again. In fact, the anointing does not have to do with sensations but with position. It’s a personal choice. Medication doesn’t stop the power of God, but for someone it’s an hindrance in believing that God has healed you. In my life, I stop even if the pain still hurts because I want to push myself to believe stronger

A prayer of hope is not a prayer that comes from an expectation, but what makes prayers answerable is faith. When you pray in faith, then what you pray you get because it is faith that allows us to accomplish things.
