Come out to Dobbins Village in Laveen, there are many communities being built here. I think you'll like it, great views of Carver mountains and close to South Mountain and close to the new 202

Remember kids, from mid april on to around halloween it will be at least 100 degrees and hotter every day and the low at 4am will be high 80's. At midnight it will still be well over 100 degrees. That is the reality. Oh and your electric bill will be in the mid to high 100's for 6 months a year. Unless you work out there, expect huge traffic delays commuting into Phoenix. Also, the Palo verde nuclear power plant, the largest in the US, is about 25 miles away, well with in the 50 mile danger zone.

Mesa AZ has $20k mobile homes all the way to multi million dollar homes. What’s your budget? The Main St corridor which runs from Broadway to University and the 101 to Val Vista prob the worst part for crime. Outside of these areas are a little nicer but still low rent areas. NE Mesa is really nice. Far east Mesa that borders Apache Junction does have some sketchy areas. Good luck.

This only telling the good and some it's a sales pitch it's more to heat floods it's surrounded by Rez Pima and tahono tribes you will be traveling through tribal lands which is under Federal control laws are not same

Thank you for your feedback and providing valuable first hand experience. Although you have provided many reasons not to move to Maricopa. I still believe the cost of living outweighs most of the negatives that you have pointed out. Many folks are struggling to find affordable housing and Maricopa offers exactly that. @@relocatingtophoenixarizona Payment buying is for investors. Cash on cash. Payment buying can kill owner occupants. You can destroy yourself financially when you go upside-down.

I hear what you are saying, however it is possible to overcome bad credit or evictions. You just have to take the necessary steps to clean it up. Prayers to those that are homeless or living in the streets. I hope they find the resources that they need. 🙏 Thank you for watching the video.

If you were to purchase a home within this community do you have access to all those amenities or does it depend on where you’re home is located in it?

Yes, amenities are included. If you pay into the HOA all should be included with the exception of Golf as that’s an additional charge.
