Great video with unspeakable knowledge! Btw, I know this is random, but have you read a comic called “Rat God”? If not, I recommend it. It combines Lovecraftian horror with Native American legends. You might like it.

Worth mentioning that the yellow sign in the video was created by Chaosium for their tabletop game. Neither Chambers or even Lovecraft ever made their own version of the sign.

I like to think that this inspired SCP-701, the Hanged King's Tragedy. If I ever had to use the King In Yellow play, I think I'd just use the Hanged King's Tragedy and change a few names or something...

this is perfect, i just started a pathfinder campaign about various elder gods with nyarlathotep as the main bad, this is incredibly helpful for me to document how he should meddle in the mortal affairs, if youd be open to talking i have a discord and we could chat, im super interested in this subject but just god awful at the reading comprehension

I don't think the flying polyps are the natural predators of the cone things, Shadow Out of Time explicitly states they aren't native to our dimension

That is what I read in the sources I have listed in the description. There are quite a few examples of species integrating themselves into food chains that they aren't indigenous to in the animal kingdom, its very common actually for an invasive species to do this.

like u iam also burnout from the game as in they dont value the time i spent on the game, now i just do casual nodewar and siege sometimes whenever i feel like it. as you see iam not really native english speaker but i do understand few basic wording, but i do sometimes misssing a few details in the lore so i hope u comeback on the lore thing about LOML part 2, its quite interesting story i would say, i think doing the LOML part2 its the most time i spent on bdo on last couple of month.

So the Yithians are the ultimate masters of isekai. Now I wish there was a story about a human* (or another alien) whose original body tragically died along with the Yithian historian's mind and the story is the protagonist learning to live in the Yithian society on the historian's body.

Circles? Ooga booga. It really is a shame. It's a beautiful game, but parts of the design is so anti player. I stopped at 690gs and won't chase more gear. Selling it to hunt and when that gets boring quit fully. I resonate with a lot of what you said. Not everyone wants PvP. And yes, very toxic community. I am in a FXIV guild and they are such an awsome gang. My guild in BDO is also great, but the other chats etc are very toxic. It attracts a certain type of people it seems 🤷🏻♂️ Will you switch to abother MMORPG? Chrono Odyssey? FFXIV?
