Hello, I have a new tanda that is not yet very set. I mean it's still sticks, how do I go about making it non sticky as fast as possible because I would like to use it for commercial purpose and you know how it's not supposed to stick expecialy when it's for commercial use. Help please

Hii first you wash it with wire sponge (sosan qarfe) then let it sit for about 20 minutes on low to medium heat off the stove after and you’re good to go

You can do both actually. If you don’t want to spend long time in the kitchen and also make alot of in a short period of time, you can opt for this method.

It’s not up to 3 tablespoons. Hopefully it wont have effect on us . But peel yours pls . I dont even know about it .thank you for the knowledge

Depending on your grinder if its a blender pls soak first with the rice if its a grinder you can just grind it that way no need to soak it .

The soybeans are not pre soaked . Sour flavor due to over rising of batter in a suffocated place for hours . Mostly caused by yeast
