Good skill but would never let him fillet my fish. He doesnt keep the fillets or his workspace clean. Plenty better in NZ with better skills and hygiene. Good effort though

Anyone could do that if they wanted to taint the fish by slicing through the guts, the whole point is to avoid ruining the meat
