Casco Viejo is more for the nightlife. Much different. Stylishly lit up, live music in the park area with all the restaurants surrounding it. Totally different experience than in the daytime. And it's one of the best nightlife areas in Panama City. Now, to stay there are better spots, where he mentioned or off Uruguay St, lots of international cuisine, a good market close, some nightlife, close to Balboa, and a cheap Uber to Casco Viejo at night.

I think thats the perspective of a bay area native tbh, this type of crime is not normal and in most cities you can leave a phone charger in your car and be okay. Ive never been bipped either but I definitely have seen it happen in person.

I grew up in SF Chinatown and I know most of the restaurant you mentioned. Just to let you know the Golden Gate Bakery is overrated is not worth the wait is deceiving to tourists! Please go others bakery, there's one in Jackson/Stockton street pretty good to me and less waiting and better price!

Nice video but your information about cannabis legality in Colombia is not completely true. It is not legal to smoke cannabis in public and in theory you could have a problem with the police. The 20 grams possession is only legal when kept in your home. A lot of peeps do not realise this and can get in small trouble with the police. Pay a bribe

I have spent over 1 year living in Colombia and never saw any police officer stop anyone for smoking marijuana in public. Yes, you dont just walk down the street doing it, but I have never encountered any problems
