I used to work at Miami International Mall the professional theives steal the wallets they take the cards and throw the wallet in the men’s restroom garbage. The janitors would close the bathroom and they would raid the thrash bins and search the wallets for anything left and not report it. So basically the janitors finish cleaning up the job.
