Kate Gerwins' business model is really one of a kind. I really wish she went further into the nitty gritty of her model more to have bars and restaurants to follow suit💕

I love this bartalks, they always lighten my mood and help me not giving up on the industry 😅. But I'd love to see you interview some latin american, Colombian more specifically, bartender. It's fun to know about the industry abroad, but sometimes it feels unrelatable in some aspects. The industry in Colombia is so different :/ and undervalued. Anyway, I love this content. Keep it up. 🙌🏾

Wow great bar talk like always! I really thought I was a weirdo for having social anxiety and still working in this industry up until now, it's good to hear that most bartenders might struggle with this 😂. I have thought exactly the same about the bar top being my protective barrier!

Awesome episode as always man! I really can’t understand why they don’t get thousands and thousands of views. It’s crazy that 90% of the bartending industry likes the memes and easy to digest posts ln Instagram but when you dive deep with people that we can learn of they’re nowhere to be seen! Keep it going man!!! Love the youtube content!!!

Hopefully it’s only a matter of time! I think the reflection of the views is a reflection of how the industry generally works. We love shiny quick things but anything deeper is ignored!

With the use of Bitcoin, they gain unprecedented transparency and control over their finances, empowering them to make informed decisions and manage their businesses more efficiently.
