To get rid of this you should first install crystal fetch, then download an windows 11 ISO image file, it take some time to download so wait until it finishes, then you can see that downloaded file either in documents or download folder. Now follow the Step 4 to install windows 11 in UTM where you should attach this ISO image file. The shell scripting error pops up only if you don't download and attach the ISO image.
