Steel tiffin set m dial date k liye hai. Like aap kuch aisa rakho jise 2-3 din bhi use kar sakte hai toh aap dial se date daal sakte ho. For example, 15 ko rakha hai ya last day date par dial set kar do, like 17 ko use karna hai.

I got a similar box last week from store Shona. Basically this container is also freezer safe. So if u r storing something in fridge/ freezer today, you can mark 17 so u can remember the date of freezing n consume it accordingly.

With time it will get better...my baby also used to do this... But she is calm now . Give enough love and warmth to ur baby... Also try to ignore while ur baby screams the more u pay attention the more ur baby will do it..
