I emailed sonik in April last year, asking if they would consider making some specialist rods in the xtractor range...seems they have. Whether they read my email or not is irrelevant as they are here now and ive purchased some, but it'd be nice to know if they ever did read my email though. They seem to be selling out everywhere. Nice one Sonik.

I only use sonik sks waggler and feeder rods.. absolutely amazing kit, if sonik go into pole fishing. Make poles with real tree camouflage dipping..

I'd be keen on those 6 ft xtractors to make my stalking life easier....Don't know how will the 3.5 lbs will act when I get a 100 llb cat or sturgeon instead of a 30-40 lbs carp.....Anyone has an idear on how good the xtractor is against big fish????

I have that axs v1 1mam and camo wrap.ive only used for 1 session but got a lot of condensation inside.i don't have the door on the bivvy only door on the wrap.also don't use groundsheets..so why am I getting a lot of moisture inside

Try using the ground sheet mate, I have the same set up. I always use ground sheet and the only time I had condensation was when I didn't use overwrap.

They've always been bang on whenever I've needed spares. They've even gone as far as to ship them on next day delivery so the bits were there ready for the bank on the weekend.

I got the xtractor rods, xtractor rod pod, paired with the xtractor black 6000s reels, haven't seen any reviews on the black 6000 reels but I went for them and I will never look back, I should do a review they are that good

Sonik gear is awsome great products at realistic prices. I have just used the new Herox 10000 reels and landed a PB from Thorney weir at 37.08 handled beautifully playing a big carp and comfortable to cast with. Keep up the great work

Few years later still one of the best set ups, slight problem with the xtractor reels, but the pros seem to be okay, i went for the xtractor black 6000 reels bit more premium but perfect combo, do a review soon
