I really can’t comment on anything about that except my own experience and my opinion which I had during using them both and the follow up video I did. My own experience showed me that GoPro 9 is better than Dji 4. So makes the GoPro12 superior to it. I showed also a side by side manual video. They both are great cameras. And as I stated before I prefer the GoPro because I am used to it and find it easier to use. So I don’t want to comment negatively on the dji while others seem to love it. Better is also a big relative word. What do you consider better? For me personally it just works out better with GoPro. However I would advise you to check them with the settings and purposes you want to use them and make your own decision. Most people on internet videos will fake stuff or be paid to make you believe something. I don’t. So really, test them by yourself side by side that is the only best way to check what you want. 🙏

@@THETRADERTV most of internet is a relative statement, so please think about your needs. Even try an algorithmic app to show you the pro's and cons and just like you said it will tell you that GoPro is of the better image quality. However, I'm sure an experienced user can tweak both devices to work just fine. Dji has great products and the dji package is really a great deal with the charger, I did like that part. However, in the end I need ease of use, quality and reliability and for me that is the GoPro. Good luck on your choice and hope you make some cool videos!

GoPro 12, while I am not happy with the quality but that is on me because of using a cpl filter which was not clean I guess and I forced the iso at a certain max. Just got to check the footage and am definitely not happy with it but for my own documentation purposes I still put it online.

Glad to hear. I need to do an update after one summer of hiking the mountains. Still worth it very much. One thing you might read on forums is that the top shoe lace loop(thing) has a material that lets loose, I have the same thing it’s hard to explain. I only ask as I think the lowlight possibilities hugely exceed that of GoPro, especially in action type videos.

What I did was, do a side by side comparison of the Dji and the GoPro 8, yes 8 way older. And the noise was all over the place. I mean I'm not going to say the Gopro8s was way better, but it was in such a state that I did not want to spend that money for something that would not give me a very clear difference. I only record manual, iphone, action cam, dslr etc. I never use auto because I hate it. So this was all tried on manual. Now, I do regret the fact that I did not record more stuff because I never thought this video to have so many views. And again, I'm not a big time reviewer I'm El and who knows me knows I'm putting raw stuff out there and am wrong many times, but this time it was a hard NO. By all means, my opinion should not be treated as the sole truth. But I can not recommend it. I dont' know where the other video is, but should be in the same time frame if you'd care to look it up. Hi there, since this is experimental I can’t really comment on that. And more important there’s 4 different magnification lenses in most kits. Buying one and playing around with it, is really the best option to experiment for yourself. With the 1x lens probably 1 meter away but I did not test this so it’s just a guess 🙏

Well here is the thing, my research only had me find one person where it ever broke not this boot but the system and then you’re …. However it seems to be pretty good. However, if I’m on a mountain I would not want to risk this. You mostly have to walk 7 hours back or longer depending. An extra pair of laces for normal boots is also not something I do bring along however I can imagine it be easier to solve. But if these boots could also handle it I’d definitely have them, I believe the loops are large enough to use normal laces. What you suggest should be doable.

This is not a short tripod. It’s a normal size one. So depending what your relativity of length is do the math. If you worry about sticking out, just make sure you don’t use longer tripods than to your bag. 🙏

Also over the course of a year I learned to use the iPhone footage and it is not a honest thing to say but 15 Pro out delivers over the P30 but I won't even do that comparison. But this is all very relative data, light/ output (iPhone has 3 output possibilities), so many factors can influence the footage. But I definitely will always love the P30. Oh wauw, didn't expect that. Interesting. Somewhere between 0:30 and 0:40 am sure I mentioned some focusing on one device. The one on the left, that should give you the answer you are looking for. But very interesting, so nice to get your opinion.

The one on the right is the iPhone, left A7C with the 20mm, f1.8 prime lens. There are some stark differences that give it away at certain points on sharpness, focus, and color rendering. Generally, the smaller the sensor, (phone on the right), the better the close focus distance and more likely everything across the frame should be in focus. The full frame sensor camera should return generally return more natural color renderings. At 1:04 he says he is not focusing on anything in particular but with his distance from the subject, the smaller sensor and narrower lens aperture of the phone is more likely to have everything in sharp focus than the full frame A7C. You can see details on the dirt on the wheel on the right pane that don’t show on the left. At 1:26 when he turns the camera onto himself there is a stark difference in color, focus, and sharpness. The phone, right is clearly sharper (fabric detail in the blue hood) and in focus but physics is on its side. It would be a little harder for his 20mm, f1.8, with the full frame sensor (left) to achieve sharp focus if it is too close to his face. To combat this he should stop down the aperture of his lens to say f5.6 or even f8, which will restrict the light coming into the sensor, (which is why the image isn’t as bright). The phone is indexed to keep the brightness up (iso), all the time to overcome its relatively smaller sensor and narrow aperture. It also is indexed to “over sharpen” digitally the image, which some like me don’t care for. With no grading/color editing the phone (right), gives a very unhealthy look to the skin, (yellowish), whereas the left seems much more natural and pleasing. Also looking at his skull cap in the right it’s beige on the left it’s grey. If asked which is the “real life color”, I’d go with the grey answer on the left. For some shooting, (like vlogging) especially with the digital stabilization many models today offer, your phone is the better tool for the job. Especially when considering things like small size, easy to walk around with, and the resultant video file sizes are smaller.

Also what are you wearing under a shirt? 2 shirts? 2 sweaters? Im sorry but it’s very relative to where what and how you know? Just check their website for info on that. I have this type of jacket too. And it keeps you very warm. Most of all, you don't even feel the cold wind. Of course, I recommend that you wear a turtleneck sweater underneath. More useful for snowy weather

@@VlogsByEl cross body for me.. usually the zipper thats upright is the side where i use the back clips to hug bag closer to my body.. not doing so will have the bag flail out. its an interesting design really. I would like it maybe a $l and different material. an Xpac would be nice.

Hi there, it should be possible, of course there are smaller and wider loops, it will only work on the wider loops. I wish I could help, don't have the time now but if I had I would make a short to show you. Explanation: you need to wrap the strap 1 x around the plastic hook and then vertically put it through, that is the way it works. Also it only works as how I showed it, facing another direction it won't. Good luck🙏🏼
