As a former Christian who studied the Bible thoroughly, I have come to an understanding of how the Israelites were heavily influenced by ancient Afrikan Spiritual teachings and formed their religion as a result. I therefore, don't see why it would be such a big deal to be a Jew because we understand that it's a religion like any other religion. All the world's religions were influenced by Afrikan Spiritual systems but were interpreted differently by different cultures and that is what religion is..
