What steps are you taking for your no spending challenge?

I try and have us do a no spend challenge every other week, The second week after my husband gets paid. What we typically do is make sure we have all the necessities, and I will try and meal prep as well so we don’t end up eating out if I’m not up for cooking that night. I’m also going to be making a video of fun free activities for families and couples to do on a no spend challenge. If one of us does end up spending money, I try and not get upset or anything, I used to stress about it a lot, but I’ve realized I want it to be an encouraging experience, not a line of contention. After the challenge, we will take the money that we would have spent and put it in our savings. I hope this helps ❤️
