The can,t get up rule after you kneel is ridiculous these guys hit the ball then run in forward for position which is actually worse. I always thought you need to stand your position until the ball you hit actually passes you! I call it the hit and run and a lot of players do it!

Return of serve is the most important shot in paddleball! When a weak return comes back to these really good players they know how to put it away!

Got too excited wanted to be kid smash in one day my elbow is not happy nothing a little ice wouldn't fix lol. Reaction time is not there 35+ years not playing is too much time. I am going later to hit the ball and maybe next week I will show the D players at juniper that there is a new sheriff in town lol.

Really only when you can’t take a full swing. In racquetball it’s different. You have to give them a shot.

Shawn is the perfect example of what a true Singles player is. Great angle serve, then he puts it away in the corner. Serve and kill ! He possesses two great hands. You’re not going to beat a player with two good hands using a backhand. Shawn is going to be extremely difficult in defeating.

Hi, yes anyone can play. You come any day down to Juniper Valley Park in Middle village, Queens. Games start at 12:30 everyday. You can mention me or my wife, Charlene. I’m usually there on the weekend and my wife a couple times a week
