How does the adhesive effect the original floor incase you want to remove the carpeting?

What does the adhesive do to the floor if you want to remove the rigging and use the original flooring underneath?

How does the refinishing work and what is an example of a neutral-pH cleaner (water? other?)? I see a lot of positive reviews on the Marmoleum site; the main issue that has come up is that it does scratch easily. I don't remember linoleum at my house growing up, scratching. Is there any type we can get that does not have that issue, and how do we go about refinishing? And how much does one need to budget for refinishing? Thank you so much.

Is this pet proof, I mean if a pet has an accident? Or will it seep into the seams between the planks?

I love these as options for tile finishing. I had no idea they were invented in the70’s. They are so modern looking! The glass insets are pure genius. This should be the industry standard and code in all cities.
