Already there was development by reliance group in 8250 Acres so demand and infrastructure is already very good (market Cap of reliance group is ₹17 lakh crore ) Kon se A grade builder ki valuation ₹17 lakh crore hai 😂😂

152 D से KMP दोनों एक्सप्रेसवे को जोड़ना चाहिए। कनीना, कोसली, पटौदी होते हुए केएमपी पर जोड़ना चाहिए।

Very high rate..lets understand some basics..these are industrial areas with BLUE collar jobs mostly..this will not bump the prices..example Hero honda in Dharuhera is over 20 years..does it mean land prices have increased by manyfolds..actuality NO..So if any investor investing in SGlobal at 75k- 85k is a fool ..is google or any IT company coming there..? If the answer is NO..then decide carefully before investing. Dont fall prey to property dealers..decent price is only 50k-60k

@ property ko hi bahut channel partners ne promote kiya tha sector 89 waali. Pata nahi kis baat ka naam rakh rakha hai channel partners. Kis baat ke partner hai jab m3m unki hi nahi sunn raha. Gurgaon se bahar har jagah agent bola jaata hai. Wohi naam sahi hai. Uske upar ki aukat to koi builder nahi rakhte agents ki. Hum buyers hi bewkuf hai jo samajhkar chalte hai ki kuch dumdar cheez hogi channel partner. Aaj saare.gayab ho chuke hai promote karne waale.

Worst property, Trehan is making us fool stating that they are providing 2670 sq feet area. Actually they are including basement and terrace also in this 2670 figure, actual flat size is 149 sq yards only

40-50k ka prevailing rate hai vahan. 85k pe launch krna matlab 100% premium. Hosakta hai achi township banaye vahan lekin kitni bh achi amenities ho, itna jyada rate vahan justified nh hai.

@@DrPropertyTalks aajkal yehi vehem logon ko aagya hai ki sab jagah DLF ka example dedete hai. Signature has delivered only affordable projects till now so its an affordable category builder. Aur Sector 90,92 mein DLF ke plots hai, uska aas paas se 20-25% hi premium pe bikta hoga plot DLF ka. Double rate pe jab DLF plot nh bech sakta to signature kaise bech sakta hai sir. Aur DLF ne jab us area mein launch kiye they to usi area ke hisab se rate launch kiye they. Builder ki Goodwill kaam aati hai high rise mein jyada, jahan completion ka dar bana rehta hai, plotting mein yeh risk bahut kam hojata hai. Aur baat rahi yahan possesion ki to already delivered projects hai yahan aas paas jo 40-50k mein derhe hai to possesion ki to baat hi nhi, baaki aapne bechna hai to aap apni jagah sahi hai, lekin yahan aas paas ke log jaldi se nh lenge is project ko, unko rate ka idea hai.
