This album has amazing songs in it. STΦMP and 2 Rings are really, really good songs. But they're overshadowed by the amazing Justice.

In Justice, they are warriors working together to destroy the crown. The storyline is more complex but this is just a quick summary of it

dreamcatcher \:D/ I thought you might have unstanned dc after ootd 😅. as a devote disciple of the church of siyeon, I apologize 😂. it also got me so worked up I had to make a video about it. I think dcc heard the backlash and ditched the dreaded pizza gang(ateez producers) who worked heavily in the previous couple. I do understand why they did what they did, but just thought it could have been executed better. as I interpret it, ootd is satire about the entertainment industry, possibly about kpop itself because the type of song ootd is. the overall theme is about people going out of their way for money, fame, power perhaps, which the crown represents and is destroyed in justice. with justice having so many callbacks to previous dc mvs and ending with a cassette tape, perhaps the message is the industry needs to take a step back to a time when music is just about that, music and not all the flashy side effects seen nowadays where the emphasis even isn't about singing. anyways there's a bside I'm sure you will love since you've been asking for it for a while. also if you haven't checked out 1thek's dancear video of justice, maybe react to it because it has siyeon in it, perhaps the only performance we will see with siyeon other than at later concerts. as for the drummer, he goes by tankzoo and some insomnias have been simping over him if you seen the pictures lol.

I really enjoyed this comeback, but honestly I’ve enjoyed every single one of their comebacks 😅 They haven’t had a single miss in my opinion. My all-time favorite release of theirs is Run2U so I’m glad they’ve gone back to that sound with Cheeky Icy Thang. My only nitpick is how short it is. I really wish they’d added a proper bridge or something to make it go past that 3-minute mark.

The album is on another level. If you like R&B, you might also like “Give it 2 me”, “Find”, “Roses”, “Nada” and “Beauty bomb”. But for me, the entire album is AOTY material.

In terms of the concept of the mv. It seems that this isn't necessarily aespa themselves but alien versions of themselves in another universe (which is why they keep saying "where do we come from" in the lyrics) and they all have super powers, Ning has fire, Winter has wind/antigravity, Karina has super strength and Giselle can manipulate time. So in the video, everyone used their power to cause damage, and it seems giselle is the only one who actually tries to stop them, which is implied by her cast because she may have been hurt in the process, but ironically Giselle used her power to speed up time to celebrate her birthday and obviously got mad that Ning ruined her party and set her place on fire so she just reversed the entire day to the midnight. This is their new worldview, so it's a new start from their old universe. And it seems like we'll see a bit more with their full release

Yes, Bubble is a super fun and catchy song with a positive message! The b-sides for this album are definitely worth checking out.

This is late but - Demian (which was written by German author Herman Hesse under a pseudonym) is a very well known book in Korea. The book became even more popular a few years ago because BTS used the book for their Blood, Sweat and Tears mv and song (one of the best videos in Kpop history). In fact a lot of the themes influence all of BTS' Wings album.

I think this might be my favourite Jeon Somi song so far, but I agree it does feel short, so I want more of it, which might be the point of it :) The cut out of the audio on Jeon Somi's close up really pushes the Fast Forward lyric I think. The intro always reminds me of the lost woods from legend of Zelda and I haven’t heard a totally about it until now!

I know this title track is a little different from other ones. And maybe that's because in their storyline it's post-battle and they are living in the real world. The pre-release "welcome to my world feat. Naevis" that song is basically about welcoming naevis to the real world. Even though it's doesn't have a lot about their concept, some b-sides of this album are actually gems. You should definitely check it out❤.
