Yea it's a bit rough for play boosters now. Specially for sets like this that have a more premium pricing. RVR gave me a box like yours as well and other than drafting it or getting some packs here and there I definitely recommend buying the singles you need from here. Hopefully the next packs you get give you what you are looking for, good luck!

I bought 4 collectors pack to treat my self, and pulled retro meathook, poster foil meathook and showcase foil Egdar Markov I’m always lucky on my pulls but damn these were good packs

Nice pulls! I am just starting the game myself, I just opened up a box of PRB and a box of OP09 this weekend. Got the sec luffy and a gold don from PRB and the Alt art Sanji from OP09. I am wanting to build a purple luffy/PB luffy deck. Really want to get another box of OP09 again though.

Those are some great hits!! I am definitely tempted to get another OP09 box too specially since I know some of the stuff I will run in this purple Luffy deck has some nice alt arts. Those Gold Don cards are really nice!

Hell yea what a hit! Oof yea that's not a cool payout. It is one of the reasons I do like the ebay authentication sale better since anything over $250 you sell you send into ebay for authentication first helps with the scammers but man what a low ball from the LGS.

Pretty neat deck box, wish you could seperate the cover or see your commander on the front. I'll look into it as a token deck box, looks like it has a lot of utility / space. The magnet feel very strong too I have a 100+ deck box from a different brand and I definitely cannot fit as many tokens as you lol I dont like packing my tokens in the same deck box tho, feels too compact

Yea that's a really good point. Yea when I put in the tokens I was using I made sure there was enough space to squeeze for like a finger tip too much after that felt too compact so I was glad that there was good spacing in this one. A Token Deck box sounds like a really good idea, I definitely did not think of that!

Dude im sorry but if your either a returning player or just getting started pleas do yourself a favor and get sleeves for your hits and sleeve them asap and quit molesting your cards every time you grab and bend them or mess with the good ones you run the risk of damage and scratches witch will drop the value by almost 50% or more it was painful for me to watch you manhandle such good cards that hold such good value .

Wicked pack opening, some outrageous pulls in there, imperial seal and phyrexian are amazing. Despite being lower value Unearth is a really nice flavour card - subscribed and looking forward to more videos

Azurite Sea has been pretty good for me! I haven't pulled an enchanted yet, but quite a few legendarys and super rares!

Nice! Yea no enchanted for me this set or the previous set yet but I have had some luck with the rares. My coworkers have gotten a nice amount of maui's which is really cool, overall I am enjoying the set and like that plenty of cards are going into the meta. Has sido uno de los unboxing mas realistas que e visto, por que lo digo , por que hay algunos de habla inglesa que "abren" un case y estos "abren mágicamente" , todo lo bueno del set, que puede que sea suerte también no lo puedo negar, pero que en una caja abran mas de 1000 dólares eso ya no es tan realista, saludos y buen video.

I'm really sorry that this miscut-issue happened to you. Hopefully you can get a sufficient compensation. In general I'm very happy with this box overall. I think some duo-color cards are a bit...weird considering the other available cards of those colors but overall you can build really nice starter decks. The only disappointment imo is the abysmal card quality of those three boosters. They have the same powdery feeling and disgusting smell to them like the Commander Starter PreCons. I really don't know why they would do this to someone, especially new players. Worst case is someone was really happy with this box, then opens the boosters and thinks all booster cards were like this and doesn't want anything of that then. Congrats on pulling Bloodthirsty Conqueror, though.

Yea I have reached out to them and I am just waiting for a response. This was over the weekend so I am sure they have plenty of tickets at the moment but I am in no rush so its all good. As far as the cards go though my wife and I decided it would make an awesome framed art work so that's something we will be working on in December for now they are sleeved up and put away. I agree with you I think this box as a product is fantastic specially for new players its a great collection. I did not even think of that in the play boosters but you are right mine weren't too crazy with the feeling but they definitely had it so hopefully it doesn't turn new players away. Love this product for new players. As it gets you into the game and game play rather than just the collecting part of it. (Even though that comes into play soon after starting MTG lol)

I agree with you. It's always tough to find a way to introduce players to the game and not overwhelm them and this product gives them all the basics needed for the gameplay side of it. Then there are varieties of the decks to get different feels of the game. Definitely a great new player product and the Starter Collection does a great job of giving new players a good solid base of new cards as well. So they pair well.

If you like the wizard deck you should check out the latest Temur Prowess deck that people took to Worlds, it's just otter prowess so Otters and Spells! I do hear it takes a bit to learn to pilot correctly though.
