My o ring was in cap, Is that wrong?

I just did my 2018 F350 Dually, Sounds better, Runs better and also did the CCV Reroute to get rid of the smoking issue with my truck. Looks like the exact same pipe I put on my truck . I have a few jugs of DEF to sell as it uses so little that you won't ever need to buy anymore. Only difference is 3 years later they now have the Auto Agent 3 which is more compact in design and doesn't need any wires to plug in to the OBDII port, just a small dongle and a wifi connection . I left the EGR on but disconnected and did a throttle body delete as well and the Map sensor spacer while I was under the hood. I never got a sticker with the Agent 3 😞 Just an FYI, you can load a SOTF tune and it will default to the lowest tune until you install the switch, mine is still in the mail so I'm running the 45hp to 250 Hp tune. The 2 nuts on the front of the DPF are welded on, you don't need 2 wrenches to remove the bolts.

Anyone else have a heck of a time getting the bit started? Cant get it screwed on!

If you prime your fuel filter before installing. It will crank on first try.

For those who experience vibration on the axel, the pinion will line up if you use a tapared block, i had that problem i fixed it with a pmf square block, they sell it with a shim to center your axel on the wheel wells with out that shim, you will get rid of the vibration but your wheels wont be centered, i got a 3.5 level kit from rwady lift it came with a 4 in tapared block but the truck not only vibrated but looked aquated pmf 5 in block raised the back probably 1/2 in on the back but looks way better

Had my 2014 6.7 deleted when I had the transmission replaced. Do I need to buy this for my truck or would my programmer that came with the delete do this?

Good info for new people. 1 critique is there were more ads in this video than probably any video I’ve watched on KZbin the past 15 years. It takes away from the educational content when there are 2 ads every 2 mins. Quite frustrating. Aside from the supercharged ads, good info for new drivers or those interested (if they stick around and can focus around all the ads lol)!

There is a better way. You can remove the door lock mechanism and disconnect it before you remove the door panel. Just Pry up the unit with the buttons and disconnect first.

They make a adjustment sleeve now that will not back out check it out it looks pretty awesome

Wouldn’t it be easier to plastidip the 4x4 in the rear? I just remove all the emblems except for the original Cummins one. Personal preference great job looks good.

Are the adapters/spacers required for the install? If so...do they come with the speakers?

I am planning to do this on my stock 2018 F350 with the 6.7, my question is do you have to run a tune when you do this mod? I have an SCT tuner but no custom tunes in it, just the standard ones that came with it. I was told you need to run a tune when you put on the reroute kit. I was also quoted $350 just for a tune. I am eventually going to do the EGR, the DPF and CCV and run a tune for all of that. I want to do the bare minimum right now of cost and start doing mods to make my truck run better. Unfortunately all of my money goes to taxes and leaves me very little to play with so the $3,000 complete delete will have to wait.

Does this update all saved calculations? Or just the current & future trip results? I.E., the Trailer section shows a lifetime fuel economy when towing a particular trailer. Does that number update if you change this to be more accurate?

Hey man, I was just wondering, I have a F250 6.7 2017. It should have a 34-gallon tank. When my fuel tank is just about empty, I go to fill up. I can only fit in about 26 gallons of diesel, and it's full. have you come across that at all?

2019 F250 with 47000 miles and I’m 4 months out of 5 yr warranty. The dealer here in Louisville Ky wants $4800 to repair upper oil pan leak. I’ve experienced the death wobble once too. Thought the whole truck was going to break apart at 60 mph. It was fkd up. POS truck. I’ve bought 2 brand new ford trucks and there won’t be a 3rd

those new ones junk put them in they are cast and they split have hair line cracks in both had to buy steel fab from another place and why in gods name would want the rear lower looks like its shitting itself and its not loaded and you can tell very easy and you cant chang just front bumper need to do both and toss those steps cant do one n not the other i have both heavy duty bumpers and dont change hight at all

Anyone else notice that when he started the procedure and put the system into Engineering mode he had 9252.3 miles on the truck but then after making the changes he had 5478.7? Um….. thats one way you improve your fuel mileage! I assume he’s gotten into this mode multiple times and this was different takes stitched together to make this video..but just checking, that change didnt affect anything else….did it?

Nice truck. 43 inches is huge son is 6’2 around 225 and he has tons left over.. question though Do you have wind noise coming through the drivers side mirror area? What about the cheap way does hold the heat shield causing a nice cheap sounded rattle around 12 to 1500 RPM. They also love to poorly design the AC drain so it soaks the passenger side carpet.. Does needs to get real. I drive ford BTW.. lol.
